(A BIT MORE) ABOUT US

OUR AIM

We aim to create story-driven work with impact and intention. We believe the strongest ideas flourish only when given room to stretch, stumble, and surprise. Our focus is on building a home for emerging Australian voices - one that nurtures both the artist and the art. We aim to build supportive, collaborative, and inclusive environments which build pathways that honour the process as much as the final piece.

OUR VALUES

We value new voices - especially those still discovering their power. We value stories that feel unique and rooted in lived experience. Being female-led is our foundation, not our footnote. It shapes how we see, how we listen, and how we make space for others. We value creative environments where artists feel brave enough to take risks, and supported enough to continue with conviction.

OUR STORY

A tale as old as time - two polar-opposite personalities collided at drama school and, against all odds, never quite came unstuck.

One was a fierce study fanatic, amour on, guard up, and determined to perfect every beat. The other coasted through quietly amused by the unintentional irony of theatre school theatrics. Each approach drove the other mad - and somehow, that friction became the spark.

What began as passionate arguments became a passionate partnership, built on trust, respect, and the kind of balance only opposites can create. Over the years, that unlikely pairing has weathered duets, debates, and unruly visions. And now, standing on the other side of a decade, we’re still choosing the same thing we chose on day one: to make work we love, together.
